Job description

Job Title: Test Technician - ALL SHIFTS

Location: Franklin MA

1st shift - $26.10/hr MON-FRI 6:45am-3:15pm  

2nd shift - $28.00/hr MON-FRI 2:45pm-11:15pm  

3rd shift - $30.77/hr. (must have recent and relevant experience working 3rd shift to be considered) SUN-THUR 10:45pm-7:15am 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Test Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with engineers to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in products or systems during the testing phase. Your keen problem-solving skills and hands-on expertise will be critical to ensuring product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on systems, components, and devices

• Collaborate with engineers to analyze test data and determine root causes of failures

• Document and communicate findings, test results, and corrective actions

• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Assist in the development of test procedures and protocols

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in a test technician or similar hands-on technical role

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
