Job Description
What You'll Do:
You'll be the final checkpoint before our designs get to our customers - testing, validating, and making sure everything performs to perfection.
  • Set up and run qualification tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts
  • Read and understand technical drawings, qualification test plans, and customer specifications
  • Work with engineers to develop test setups capable of meeting test requirements
  • Support multiple test plans simultaneously with multiple active tests per plan
  • Use mechanical tools and test equipment to run qualification tests
  • Identify and work to correct test issues
  • Keep quality, safety, and data integrity at the forefront of everything
  • Use basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking
  • Maintain and grow the capabilities of the engineering test lab
  • Support your team - train others, share knowledge, and raise the bar

Qualifications
What You Bring:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints
  • Comfortable following written work instructions and procedures
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Skills in rigorous note-taking and data collection
  • Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including hoses, valves, and regulators
  • Comfortable working with high-pressure systems (6,000+ PSI)
  • Ability to accurately install, read, and interpret pressure and temperature gauges
  • Ability to assemble basic electrical wiring of the sensors and valves necessary to run tests
  • A high school diploma, GED, or technical school associates degree
  • Experience working in a laboratory environment
  • 5-10 years experience in a hands-on technician role

Additional Information
Hiring Range: $76,000-96,000 annually.
Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, relevant qualifications, and internal equity.
