Your Responsibilities

  • Lead testing activities for medium to large projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, test data, and testing approaches based on business and technical requirements.
  • Execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, API, and data validation testing.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and communicate defects, risks, and quality concerns.
  • Perform root cause analysis and support defect resolution efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality goals and acceptance criteria.
  • Support release validation, deployment testing, and post-release verification activities.
  • Analyze system behavior and data to validate business processes and system integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve test coverage through automation and reusable testing assets.
  • Utilize AI-assisted testing techniques and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Ensure test evidence, documentation, and deliverables meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share testing best practices across teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in defining and tracking quality metrics and reporting project test status.

Your Experience,Skills&Competencies

Employment Experience

  • 6+ years of software testing or quality engineering experience.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and software development lifecycle.

  • Experienceintesting web, API, database, and integrated enterprise applications.

  • Experienceinworking in Agile development environments.

  • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools.

  • Strong SQL and data validation skills.

Additional Skills & Competencies
