We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer (Test) to support critical government and intelligence programs by developing and executing comprehensive test and evaluation plans for complex IT systems. This role focuses on analyzing system requirements and technical documentation to design effective test strategies, support data-driven evaluation efforts, and ensure system performance aligns with operational and mission requirements in highly complex environments.

Position Overview:ย 

The Systems Engineer (Test) develops and executes test and evaluation (T&E) plans for IT systems. This role supports the development of Sponsor T&E documentation and provides specialized testing capabilities aligned to system functions, maturity, and performance requirements.

ย RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop test and evaluation plans and procedures based on system requirements and documentation.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of test results and system performance.
  • Assist in development of T&E documentation including strategies, master plans, test plans, readiness assessments, and reports.
  • Provide specialized testing and evaluation support tailored to system functionality and maturity level.
REQUIREMENTS:TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required, including additional security screenings
Education and Experience Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum education and relevant experience combinations by level:

Entry Level:
  • HS/GED + 6 years experience
  • Associate's + 4 years experience
  • Bachelor's + 2 years experience
  • Master's degree (experience may be substituted as appropriate)
Journeyman Level:
  • HS/GED + 8 years experience
  • Associate's + 6 years experience
  • Bachelor's + 4 years experience
  • Master's + 2 years experience
Senior Level:
  • HS/GED + 10 years experience
