Job Title: Support Equipment Test Engineer

Location: Hill AFB, Clearfield, UT (On-Site)

Canvas, Inc. is seeking a Support Equipment Test Engineer at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This position is to provide T&E of large assembly transport, Department of Transportation certification, HVAC, generators, shock and vibration, electromagnetic environmental effects, nuclear surety, environmental climatic testing.

Provides technical support, conducts data analysis and applies knowledge of engineering technology under the direction of engineering staff. Types of tasks include test and evaluation, test support, logistics, sustainment, operations analyses, manufacturing product assurance, technical studies, and various analyses and support activities including cost/price, human factors. safety, program/system security, FMS/Arms Export, command and control, intelligence, reliability and maintainability (R&M), quality assurance (QA), and technical and engineering capability to ensure operational safety, suitability, and effectiveness. Systems requiring support include, but are not limited to, aircraft aerial targets, air combat training equipment, global positioning equipment, air base operability equipment, munitions, missiles, electronics, explosives, bombs, warheads, fuzes, guns, ammunition and AF Command. Control, Communications. Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C41SR) systems.
