HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is an entry level medical sales position that provides the opportunity to learn LifeNet Health’s business and is responsible for the distribution and promotion of donated human tissue for surgical use throughout a designated territory. Under the primary guidance of their Team Lead, the ATM is responsible for assisting to grow a defined sales territory. The ATM works with several types of customers including surgeons, materials management, operating room (OR) personnel, office personnel, and c-suite personnel. The ATM displays the highest degree of integrity, honesty, knowledge, and respect for the process of tissue donation and implantation. The ATM will possess consultative sales skills with their growing knowledge of the wound care business and LifeNet Health to serve as a resource for customers and achieve sales objectives. This role is a career path to the Territory Manager, AWM Sales role.

Important: Must be willing to relocate for an open Territory Manager role. Travel is approximately 80%. Candidate must reside near the location.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Sales Activities: Prospects, targets, and develops relationships within markets to perpetuate business within their respective territory, including case coverage in the operating room. Serves as the primary contact to the end user and technical users (primary surgeons, DPMs, and clinical program directors) for new accounts and backup on existing accounts. Formulate mature business platform growth from the perspective of a limited or non-existent base of business.
  • Strategic Territory Development: Works closely with the leader on targeting and growing the LifeNet Health base of business. 
  • Tactical Territory Development: Plans and implements strategies to ensure the revenue budget is met and the territory’s strategic goals are met.
  • Administration & Training: Ensures administrative responsibilities are completed in a timely manner such as audits, reconciliations, sales analytics, hospital billing issues, etc. Completes all required training such as compliance, product, sales, or other required company training.
  • Communication Plan: Develops and reviews business plans with leader quarterly.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred/Skills/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS), Business or Marketing preferred.
  • 1-year medical device sales experience

Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strategize: Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interface with physicians, surgeons, wound care specialists, and hospitals to inspire them to utilize LNH products.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $49,878 - $66,504 Plus Variable

Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
