Job description

STS Technical Services is hiring Inventory Material Control Associates in Stuart, Florida. This position plays an important role in supporting aerospace manufacturing operations by ensuring materials, inventory, and incoming shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build experience in the aerospace industry, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update required inventory levels for goods, products, and materials within an assigned area
  • Develop a basic understanding of processes and procedures related to the assigned work area
  • Pick, kit, and deliver work orders as required
  • Conduct quantity checks on stored inventory to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Perform clerical duties including answering calls, entering data into computer systems, and assisting customers as needed
  • Monitor and document inventory losses
  • Prepare reports for supervisors and management
  • Understand and complete basic SAP and MES transactions
  • Train team members on specific processes or work areas when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
