Collabera is a rapidly growing IT services and solutions company, established in 1991. They are seeking a Technical Writer to manage document development for NPD projects, including creating and editing product documentation using Adobe FrameMaker.
Responsibilities:
• Working knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker document structuring.
• XML architectural integration preferred.
• Technical writing, desktop publishing, and translation management for NPD project document requirements, including instructions for use (IFUs), user’s guides, service manuals, and Technical Communications collaterals (electronic media CDs, quick reference cards).
• Creates, revises, edits, and formats product documentation using Adobe FrameMaker desktop publishing software.
• Manages all aspects of document development, including participation on project teams, coordination of draft reviews and formal label approvals, translation management, and initiating document release.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Working knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker document structuring.
• Technical writing, desktop publishing, and translation management for NPD project document requirements, including instructions for use (IFUs), user’s guides, service manuals, and Technical Communications collaterals (electronic media CDs, quick reference cards).
• Creates, revises, edits, and formats product documentation using Adobe FrameMaker desktop publishing software.

• Associates degree in Technical Communications or related field.
