Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required)

Compensation: $76,000 – $130,000 (annualized USD)

Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, OR

  • High school diploma plus 4+ years of technical experience

Intezra is hiring a skilled Associate Developer to join a growing team working on advanced cyber capability development. You'll contribute to the design and development of new hardware- and software-based capabilities and help drive excellence in the offensive cyber space.

This is a hands-on role for an early-career developer who wants to build real capabilities, learn from senior engineers, and grow into deeper technical work over time.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new hardware- or software-based cyber capabilities.

  • Assist with the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.

  • Apply knowledge of security concepts and network technologies.

  • Ensure software engineering standards are consistently met.

Skills Requirements

  • Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.

  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming.

  • Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms.

  • Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering.

  • Experience developing offensive cyber capabilities.
