CHIAย seeksย aย highly organized, hands-onย technicalย leaderย to serve in the Data Services organization as theย Data Integration Manager.ย This is a Player-Coachย role reportingย directly to theย Associateย Directorย of Master Data Management.ย
Theย Dataย Integrationย Managerย is responsible forย managingย a team of 5-6ย data engineersย while activelyย participatingย in development work. You will overseeย ourย ETL processes,ย design and writeย ETL code as needed,ย andย manageย theย teamย to build scalable data solutionsย within ourย Talend and Snowflake environments.ย Theย ideal candidateย is someone who wants toย maintainย their technical depthย andย balanceย some amount ofย hands-on workย whileย providingย technical guidanceย so thatย team members are supported in their professional growthย andย projects are delivered successfully.ย
This role is a key member of theย Data Servicesย team, helping to advanceย agency priorities, strengthenย ourย operational execution, andย supporting the organization's enterprise data platforms and analytics capabilities.ย

Total Compensation:โฏย
We value the talent andย expertiseย you bring toย this role andย offer a competitive salary range of $115,000โ$130,000. Salary will beย commensurateย with experience.ย CHIA may adjustย theย title, responsibilities, and salaryย basedย on the experience andย expertiseย of the individual selected.ย
