They are responsible for designing, developing, and managing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move and transform data across various systems. Their role often includes data mapping, cleansing, and ensuring data quality, typically under the guidance of more experienced team members. These professionals help organizations leverage Talend's tools to streamline data workflows and enable better business insights.
