StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a global leader in the food and beverage production sector to identify a high-caliber Site Maintenance and Reliability Leader. Operating on an international scale, our client produces essential goods that serve billions of consumers daily. In this critical facility-level leadership position based out of Fargo, North Dakota, you will spearhead plant asset optimization, champion proactive operational reliability, and lead a dedicated team of maintenance personnel. StaffRight Associates is managing this search to connect top-tier operations talent with this premier industry partner.

What You’ll Do
  • Architect Reliability Strategies: Establish, deploy, and refine comprehensive plant maintenance and asset performance protocols, driving maximum operational uptime while lowering overall physical asset management expenses.

  • Champion Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous environmental, health, and safety standards across all repair activities, ensuring full alignment with local, regional, and corporate regulatory mandates.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps, perform root-cause loss analyses, and eliminate systemic equipment vulnerabilities using advanced operational excellence methodologies.

  • Cultivate High-Performing Teams: Direct, mentor, and empower a team of maintenance professionals and supervisors, taking full ownership of workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance evaluations, and leadership coaching.

What You Bring
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent professional operational experience.

  • Industry Expertise: At least Five Years of direct maintenance experience within a Food Manufacturing Plant environment.

  • Leadership Track Record: A minimum of Two Years of direct leadership experience overseeing teams in a Food Manufacturing Plant.

  • Regulatory Command: Deep operational working knowledge of regional Safety Regulations, Health Standards, and Environmental Compliance.

  • Advanced Certifications (Preferred): Active Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) credential, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, or formal training in Predictive Maintenance Technologies.
