Daily rhythm
  • Start with a daily meeting to align on priorities, accelerate continuous improvement, and ensure progress toward productivity goals.
  • Analyze downtime trends, identify premature failure modes, and track corrective actions to closure.
  • Lead structured RCFA to eliminate recurrence and strengthen preventive measures.
  • Evaluate PM program execution and effectiveness; close gaps with targeted updates.
  • Design, develop, and implement equipment modifications that elevate reliability, efficiency, and quality yield.
  • Coach and support maintenance teams to act proactively and solve problems at the root.
Qualifications Education
  • Associate degree with relevant education required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in Engineering or a similar technical field
