Job Title
CRM Systems Analyst (On-Call Support)
Job Summary
The CRM Systems Analyst (On-Call Support) provides operational and light system-analysis support for SC Connect, Schoolcraft College's campus-wide CRM environment. This role assists with application processing, data quality tasks, testing, pilot rollouts, and defined CRM configuration activities under the direction of CRM Operations staff. The position supports the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of CRM workflows as SC Connect capabilities continue to expand across the College.
This is an on-call, part-time, in-person position and requires the individual to be on site during scheduled work hours. The role is scheduled during normal business hours and is intended to support CRM Operations during a period of growth and ongoing system rollout.
Job Duties
  • Support day-to-day application processing, document attachments, imports, and data cleanup tasks.
  • Conduct data validation, duplicate checks, and quality reviews to ensure accuracy across CRM records.
  • Assist with testing cycles, proofs of concept, and pilot rollouts for new CRM features.
  • Support CRM configuration tasks under the direction of CRM Operations staff.
  • Help log CRM-related issues, track follow-ups, and communicate needed information to CRM Operations team members.
  • Document processes, test results, and configuration updates in a clear and organized manner.
  • Assist with lead optimization and basic conversion tracking across channels and campaigns.
  • Support engagement analytics and help maintain consistent CRM processes, workflows, cross-training, and documentation, with guidance and training provided.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an office, operations, data processing, or administrative support environment.
  • Experience working with structured data, including reviewing, validating, or cleaning records.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Excel and Word for data review, documentation, and basic analysis.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and accurately execute documented steps and workflows.
  • Comfort working with change and learning new processes, systems, and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, transition between tasks, and manage priorities as operational needs shift.
  • Willingness to learn new CRM systems, testing processes, and light system-support activities with guidance and training.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (for example, information systems, business, data analytics, or higher education administration).
  • Experience working with a CRM platform or similar system (experience with higher-education CRMs is a plus).
  • Experience in higher education, enrollment services, advising, student services, or a related operational environment.
  • Familiarity with data review, reporting, or quality assurance tasks, including identifying missing, inconsistent, or duplicate records.
  • Exposure to system testing, user acceptance testing, proofs of concept, or pilot rollouts for software or process changes.
  • Basic understanding of workflows, system logic, or configuration concepts, or a demonstrated interest in learning these areas.
  • Familiarity with web-based engagement or analytics tools, or willingness to learn.
  • Experience documenting processes, procedures, or test results in a clear and organized manner.
  • Interest in developing skills related to CRM operations, system support, and data quality in a fast-changing environment.

Work Hours
Monday and three or four additional weekdays, scheduled during normal College operating hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), based on departmental needs.
