Job description

The Opportunity

Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of invoice issuance to clients. Works with Management to analyze goals and KPIs. Available to help with financial related activities within the Shared Services team.

The Role

  • Monitor and participate in Health and Safety programs
  • Process and execute invoicing activities as requested for all areas of Tundra as required
  • Adhere to company invoicing policies, procedures and approval processes.
  • Work with Accounting, Inside Sales and Projects departments to maintain effective relationships and ensure accurate and on-time delivery of invoices to clients.
  • Issue invoices via various online and email based portals.
  • Work with Accounting, Inside Sales, Warehouse and Projects departments to identify efficiencies in billing cycle and develop and maintain procedures associate with accurate backup invoicing requirements.
  • Produce KPI, metric and performance reports as necessary.
  • Additional tasks and duties as required.

The Candidate

Education:ย  High School; College or Trade or Certifications

Work Experience: 1-2 years in Supply Chain or accounting related environment required

Knowledge:ย  Excellent communication skills, MS Office, working knowledge of ERP systems and mathematical reasoning skills required. Continuous improvement experience is an asset.
