  • Location: Houston, TX 77042 (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
  • Duration: 3-Month Contract
  • Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Start Date: ASAP
About the Opportunity
LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Houston to identify a Supply Chain Administrative Coordinator for an immediate contract opportunity. This role will provide critical operational and administrative support to a busy network planning team during a period of organizational transition and increased production volume.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, SAP, and inventory movement processes while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support logistics and shipment operations through tracking, monitoring, and system updates
  • Enter and process transactions in SAP and other operational systems
  • Assist with shipment documentation, transloading coordination, and logistics records
  • Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate financial documentation
  • Update and maintain information within SharePoint and other internal platforms
  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide administrative support to supply chain, network planning, and operations teams
  • Help ensure timely completion of transactional tasks across multiple workflows
Qualifications
Required
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience working in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive, high-volume tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Reliable, dependable, and proactive work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred
  • Exposure to SAP, Maximo, or similar ERP systems
  • Experience processing invoices, maintaining documentation, or supporting logistics activities
