Dauch is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill our Supply Chain Co-op position. This position will report up through the Supply Chain Management team at our facility located in Three Rivers, MI. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of data analysis software like Excel.

Job Description:

  • Support Supply Chain Management team with Material Flow improvements delivery routes, IPF and new process implementation.
  • Support SCM team with new systems implementation Mother Daughter, IPF and others.
  • Support with SCM Systems Job Instructions, visual aids, market locations, audit, and testing.
  • Ensures the integrity of plant data and monitors all applicable audits and reports.
  • Assists with the resolution of supplier and customer issues.
  • Supports the annual physical inventory and cycle-counting processes.
  • Work closely with other departments within the organization to implement new systems.
  • Acquire experience on Automotive SCM Organization and grow with the team.
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering Program fulltime with a graduation date of May 2027 or later
  • Available to work year-round at a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Familiarity with basic supply chain / IE and Business principles.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
