Job Description Summary• Project representative within the Supply Chain organization,
• Supply Chain representative within Project team, representing during execution, all Supply Chain’ sub-functions such as Manufacturing, Sourcing, Procurement and Transport & Logistics
• Guarantee within the Supply Chain and beyond, the full implementation of the Customer’ contractual requirements for the Equipment to be delivered,
• Will be the conduit between the supply chain, engineering COE and the projects team to drive execution of the allocated Project
• Manage Supply Chain action progress plan to ensure On Time Delivery, Quality (NCR), Cost and contractual compliance
• Update, analyze and manage key performance indicator and ensure regular feedback of experience
• Manage detailed budget (CTC), risks and opportunities belonging to supply chain
• Work closely with the Material Management, Planning, Material Planner (make or buy), Sourcing and Transport & Logistic team. As well as with all project team members, under the lead of the project director

  • Expérience en gestion de projet: Élaboration d'un plan de jalons et de ressources, anticipation et gestion des risques et opportunités, etablissement d'un rythme opérationnel de revue d’avancement et d'un mécanisme de suivi des problèmes, faire remonter les problèmes et aider à l’élimination des obstacles au progrès, comprendre et assurer la gestion de son budget.

    Coût du produit : Reconnaître les métriques livrables pour les différentes fonctions commerciales, prédire et justifier les écarts par rapport aux prévisions, soutenir les fournisseurs pour développer et exécuter des plans de ressources, de capacité et de technologie qui créent un avantage concurrentiel pour GE, influencer la feuille de route de la technologie des processus de fabrication, en développant un lien étroit avec l'approvisionnement, la fabrication (fabrication avancée) et l'ingénierie (intégrateurs de systèmes).
  • Qualification & Requirements
  • Bachelor to Master in Engineering or Business Administration or Supply Chain management or Project Management
  • Minimum 3 to 5 year’ experience (LPB), coordination in project Management, Manufacturing, sourcing /procurement/ supply chain in project related context.
  • Niveau Bac + 3 à Bac + 5 en ingénierie, en administration des affaires, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou en gestion de projet.
  • Expérience en coordination en gestion de projet, fabrication, approvisionnement/chaîne d'approvisionnement dans un contexte lié au projet.
  • Essential responsibilities
  • Ensure hand-over with ITO team to properly start OTR execution (costing files, ITO EPP, Cost hypothesis and related industrial scheme),
  • Perform working sessions with all other functions at project start, to settle project strategy, taking into account procurement strategy plan and to building EPP. As well as regular review along execution to ensure implementation as planned.
  • Interact with Material Planner in order to guarantee that the fabrication order submission, Purchase Requisition creation, Purchase Order placement, shipment and day to day activities are well performed, to respect the project planning and all milestones/targets of the project
  • Interact with project team to regularly update key dates and ensure that actions are deployed to secure OTD (planning) and cash (financials).
  • Monitor project budget for the total cost of is related scope (Manufacturing, Direct material, transport, warehouse/storage)
  • Analyze slippages issues for is related scope, consolidate information for project review and ensure the consistency of the root cause of margin movement.
  • Timely update and review the risk and opportunity of the Project, evaluate and decide on action that benefits overall performance of the project
  • Assume full responsibility for the delivery of the allocated project scope. Ensure then all non-conformities and cost overrun reporting.
  • Drive EHS engagement, promote and enhance discipline toward quality and zero tolerance for delay.

  • Interagir avec le planificateur de matériel afin de garantir que la soumission des commandes de fabrication, la création des demandes d'achat, le placement des commandes d'achat et d’expédition ainsi que les activités quotidiennes sont bien exécutées, pour respecter la planification du projet et tous les jalons/cibles du projet
  • Interagir avec l'équipe de projet pour mettre à jour régulièrement les dates clés et s'assurer que les actions sont déployées pour sécuriser l'OTD (planning) et la trésorerie (finances).
  • Surveiller le budget du projet versus les coûts enregistrés au long de l’exécution (fabrications, approvisionnements, transports, entrepôts/stockage)
  • Analyser les problèmes de dérapage pour son périmètre, consolider les informations pour l'examen du projet et assurer la cohérence de la cause racine du mouvement de la marge.
  • Mettre à jour et examiner en temps opportun les risques et opportunités du projet, évaluer et décider des actions ou mitigations qui profitent à la performance globale du projet
  • Assumer la responsabilité des non-conformités et le reporting des dépassements de coûts de son périmètre.
  • Supporter l'engagement EHS, promouvoir et améliorer la démarche qualité ainsi que la politique de « tolérance zéro pour les retards ».
