Job description

Program Operations Support Student Associate

Reporting to the Manager of EEV Operations, the Student Worker provides operational support across the Center for Professional Education (CPE), Human Dimensions Organizations (HDO), and Custom Training helping ensure course launches, instructor logistics, and materials distribution continue running smoothly.

A blend of hands-on support and steady collaboration is what you can expect as part of the Product & Services team at Extended Education Ventures, and within that team, EEV Operations is what keeps programs running day to day. We are a highly-productive, highly-motivated team of professionals passionate about providing quality programming to help non-traditional students find continuing and professional education that supports their career goals.

As the Student Worker, you'll work directly with the Manager of EEV Operations and the broader Product & Services team support to keep course launches, instructor logistics, and materials distribution on track across the Center for Professional Education (CPE), Human Dimensions Organizations (HDO), and Custom Training portfolios during this transition period.

Responsibilities
  • Support program portfolio launches by helping establish, communicate, and follow intake processes
  • Assist with scheduling rooms and facilities for courses and events
  • Assist with course creation and proofing course details across platforms
  • Help maintain and update course and instructor information in Salesforce, Asana and other systems
  • Support instructor logistics: assembling rosters, materials, and instructional templates as directed
  • Assist Custom Training with business development initiatives, including cold calling potential new and existing clients
  • Assist with preparing, ordering, and distributing digital and physical course materials
  • Help document attendance and prepare certificates of completion
  • Support basic inbox monitoring and triage under supervision
  • Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed during the transition
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled UT Austin student in good standing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable learning new software tools quickly (Asana, Canvas, Excel)
  • Reliable, able to work independently on recurring tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Asana, Canvas, or similar project/LMS platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and speaking with prospective clients
  • Interest in higher education, program administration, or operations
Salary Range

$15.00/hour

Working Conditions
  • Work to be performed in a typical office environment
  • Up to 19 hours per week
