As a Store Area Team Leader at OSJL, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas within your responsibility adhere to Company merchandising standards, managing the efficient flow of merchandise,and providing leadership and support to store teams.     Qualifications:
    ● 4+ years of previous retail management experience, or an equivalent combination of education
    and experience is preferred.
    ● Proficient in Google platform (i.e., Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
    ● Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.
    Work Environment:
    ● Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
    ● Long periods of remaining stationary, moving, and positioning oneself to complete assigned tasks
    are required throughout the shift.
