Employer: SEI Investments Company Position: Technical Lead Location: 1 Freedom Valley Drive, Oaks, PA 19456

Job Duties

The Technical Lead utilizes skills and experience in JAVA/J2EE, Struts Framework, Oracle, Portlets, Hibernate, WebLogic Service, Java Scripts, Design Patterns/Tools, HTML, SQL, JSPs, TOAD and/or SQL Developer, PL/SQL, and Wealth Management and investment processing to: analyze, design, code, test, integrate and document software applications for SEI Wealth Platform; coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to solve information processing problems; analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot problematic programs; develop and proof programs to ensure production of quality; analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers; recommend cost-effective solutions and software products; test new programs to ensure accurate logic, results, and syntax; and document codes consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular, and database level.

Requirements

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications or another related field plus seven (7) years post-baccalaureate experience as a Technical Lead, Software Engineer/Developer, Computer Programmer, IT Analyst/Associate/Consultant, or related occupation.
