Our client, one of the largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the United States, is expanding its presence with a brand-new office in the heart of West Hartford. They are seeking an Associate Benefits Consultant to join their growing Employee Benefits team.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in consulting, insurance, client services, business operations, or financial analysis. What You'll Do

  • Support a team of consultants managing employee benefits programs for a diverse client base.
  • Assist with client communications, documentation, and data management.
  • Analyze benefits and financial data to support client recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and renewal materials.
  • Conduct market research and benefits benchmarking.
  • Coordinate meetings, create meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Work directly with insurance carriers, vendors, and clients to address service-related issues.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.44/hr.
