The Role: Associate Solutions Architect - South Florida
Presidio is seeking a motivated, curious, and highly driven individual to join our PreSales team supporting customers across South Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach).
As an Associate Solutions Architect, you will work alongside experienced Solutions Architects and Account teams to support customer engagements and help position technology solutions across networking, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to how we engage customers and run the business, with a clear path toward increased responsibility over time.
This is an entry-level Pre-Sales role designed for an early-career professional interested in developing into a Solutions Architect. You will gain exposure to customer discovery, technical enablement, internal strategy sessions, and solution development support while building the technical and business acumen required to grow in the role.
Responsibilities include:
Engage & Learn in Customer Environments
  • Participate in customer meetings, discovery sessions, and internal strategy discussions
  • Work closely with Solutions Architects to understand how we identify business challenges and align solutions
  • Observe, contribute, and progressively take a more active role in customer interactions

Support the PreSales Process
  • Assist in developing presentations, solution overviews, and supporting materials

  • Contribute to solution development activities including research, documentation, and foundational solution design support

  • Support ongoing opportunities alongside senior team members

Develop Technical & Business Acumen
  • Build foundational knowledge across networking, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies such as AI, with a focus on how these domains come together to solve customer challenges
  • Learn how to position technology solutions in terms of business outcomes and customer value
  • Participate in internal enablement programs and continuous learning opportunities

Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work with Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and partner teams to support customer engagements
  • Contribute to team discussions on approach, positioning, and strategy
  • Learn how to operate effectively within a team-based selling and consulting model

Grow Into the Role
  • Take on increasing responsibility in customer engagements over time

  • Begin contributing to customer conversations, deliverables, and solution positioning with guidance from experienced team members

  • Progress toward independently supporting opportunities and customer interactions

Required Skills and Professional Experience
  • 0-3 years of experience (internships, technical roles, or relevant exposure)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interest in technology, consulting, and customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
