About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Advisor (Co-op) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about technology, business solutions, and customer engagement. As a Solution Advisor, you will work closely with our sales, product, development, and customer success teams to help showcase our solutions, support client engagements, and contribute to pre-sales activities.

This hands-on opportunity will provide exposure to software demonstrations, requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, cloud technologies, and customer-facing consulting activities. You will gain valuable experience working with enterprise customers while developing key technical and business skills.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales Support

  • Deliver product demonstrations using established scripts and presentation materials.
  • Support sales and business development teams throughout the customer engagement process.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating customer demonstrations and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and solution discovery sessions.
  • Conduct customer presentations tailored to business needs and requirements.
  • Support partner enablement activities during customer opportunities, demos, and tender processes.
  • Help maintain and update sales pipeline information.


Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, system designs, and sequence diagrams.
  • Capture user stories and support solution definition activities.
  • Design low-fidelity prototypes and participate in solution validation exercises.
  • Support end-to-end testing of business scenarios and application workflows.


Product Knowledge & Technical Learning

  • Learn and understand the company's products, services, and value propositions.
  • Develop and enhance product demonstrations based on new features and customer requirements.
  • Gain exposure to cloud technologies, software development lifecycles, and system integrations.
  • Learn tools and platforms such as SAP Build, SAP UI5, SAP WebIDE, SAP Cloud Platform, Axure, Camtasia, and related technologies.


Documentation & Communication

  • Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents.
  • Create training materials, reports, presentations, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Take meeting notes, track action items, and support project follow-up activities.
  • Contribute to marketing content, product collateral, and company communications.
  • Communicate customer feedback to product and development teams to support continuous improvement.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with sales, product, technical, and customer success teams.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, business stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Support customer projects and other initiatives as assigned.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning activities.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
