Job description

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste QA / Documentation / Formation / Support afin de soutenir la qualité, l’adoption et l’exploitation des solutions de jumeaux numériques.

La personne retenue jouera un rôle transversal essentiel en assurant la qualité des livrables, la production de documentation, la formation des utilisateurs et le support post-déploiement.

Elle contribuera directement à l’expérience utilisateur et à la réussite des projets en garantissant des solutions fiables, bien documentées et bien comprises par les utilisateurs.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Élaborer et exécuter des plans de tests (fonctionnels, intégration, performance)
  • Identifier, documenter et suivre les anomalies
  • Assurer la validation des livrables avant mise en production
  • Rédiger la documentation utilisateur et technique (guides, procédures, FAQ)
  • Concevoir et animer des formations pour les utilisateurs et administrateurs
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des solutions
  • Assurer le support post-déploiement (niveau 1 et 2)
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus qualité
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, data et produit
  • Mettre en place des outils et indicateurs de suivi qualité

Requirements

  • Détenir un diplôme en informatique, génie, communication technique ou domaine pertinent
  • Posséder un minimum de 3 à 7 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité, support ou documentation
  • Avoir une expérience en tests logiciels et validation fonctionnelle
  • Démontrer d’excellentes capacités de rédaction et de vulgarisation
  • Être à l’aise avec la formation et l’accompagnement des utilisateurs
  • Avoir un bon sens du service client et de l’écoute
  • Faire preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et d’autonomie
  • Maîtriser le français à l’oral et à l’écrit (anglais un atout)

Connaissances requises (atouts)

  • Expérience avec des outils de gestion des tests (Jira, TestRail, etc.)
  • Connaissance des environnements web, data ou IoT
  • Expérience en rédaction technique ou formation
  • Connaissance des méthodologies Agile
