About the Role
• We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer who is passionate about solving problems, improving manufacturing processes, and helping deliver high-quality products to customers.
• This position is ideal for an engineer with approximately 1 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, industrial engineering, or a related field who wants to grow their technical skills while working closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• You will be responsible for identifying quality issues, driving corrective actions, supporting production teams, and leading continuous improvement projects that improve customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.
What You'll Do
Quality Improvement & Problem Solving
• Investigate product and process quality issues using structured problem-solving methods such as:
• 8D
• 5 Why
• Fishbone Analysis
• Root Cause Analysis
• Support containment, corrective actions, and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in customer and internal quality issue resolution activities.
Manufacturing Support
• Work directly with production teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Support process audits and verify compliance with established procedures.
• Help maintain process control plans and quality documentation.
• Monitor process performance and escalate risks when needed.
• Support traceability systems and manufacturing quality controls.
Continuous Improvement
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
• Support process capability and process improvement activities.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to improve production performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality teams.
• Support new product introductions and process changes from a quality perspective.
• Provide quality-related training and guidance to production personnel when needed.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
