As a Software Engineer within our Engineering Department, you’ll join a team of experienced and professional engineers and interact with Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, our Staff Scientist and Software Engineering colleagues who will help you get up to speed on our company specifics.  You’ll be a key member of the engineering team and valued throughout our organization as a critical contributor working on internal applications that affect our production department; external applications which impact our customers; and embedded code affecting the hardware products we bring to market.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain internal software used within the manufacturing production process
  • Develop software used to interface our products with third-party hardware and software packages
  • Develop software standalone packages used for our product demonstrations
  • Follow established good engineering practices for design and documentation

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in software development using configuration management tools
  • Proficient in C++ and C
  • Experience in Windows programming

Above and Beyond Qualifications that will distinguish you:

  • Graphics package experience such as Unity, UnReal, OpenGL
  • Graphical User Interfaces and Libraries
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
