What You Will Experience in This Role:

We are seeking a full stack Associate Software Engineer with expertise in .NET and Angular to join our talented engineering team. Working part of an Agile Scrum team, you will play a key role in building, scaling, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications that serve a diverse range of customers. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless, performant, and highly scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, enhance and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using .NET (Core, ASP.Net, Web API) and Angular & ExtJS.
  • Build and integrate front-end and back-end components, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and security.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art AI coding tools, LLMs, and frameworks to accelerate software development, automate testing, and improve code quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards of code quality and best practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues in production and lower environments.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices, tools, and processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in .NET (C#), ASP.NET MVC, Web API, NHibernate, and Oracle (or equivalent relational database systems).
  • Proficiency with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Experience in implementing and integrating with REST APIs.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade data-driven web applications using .NET, Angular, other JavaScript frameworks.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
  • Experience with AI-Assisted Development tools and techniques

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years of experience working as a full-stack engineer in .NET and Angular.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE (Depending on experience)
