  • Develop applications utilizing C#, jQuery, JavaScript, Vue3/PrimeVue, CSS, HTML, Entity Framework, Flutter, and T-SQL.
  • Convert and maintain existing applications from VB.NET to C#.
  • Partner with management and peers in the development and implementation of software engineering best practices.
  • Provide technical direction, make architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Mentor and guide software engineers through coaching, code reviews, and constructive feedback.
  • Gather business requirements and develop conceptual and technical designs for multiple projects concurrently.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and improve existing software solutions.
  • Document projects, processes, and technical solutions to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, technical documentation, and code comments to support long-term sustainability.
  • Implement robust security measures within software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and enhancements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, development methodologies, security best practices, and software design patterns.
  • Provide after-hours support when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience developing web applications utilizing C#, jQuery, JavaScript, Vue3/PrimeVue, CSS, HTML, Entity Framework, and T-SQL.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful services, object-oriented design principles, and SQL databases.
  • Expertise with Git and Azure DevOps for code management and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile application development for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server programming, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and driving architectural decisions.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, upgrading, and optimizing enterprise applications.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, tracking, and identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes
  • Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing and mentoring others.
  • Experience modernizing legacy applications and implementing scalable software solutions.
  • Ability to balance hands-on development responsibilities with team leadership.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to software quality, security, and continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong software engineering leader to play a key role in shaping applications, development standards, and long-term technology strategy within a growing organization.
