Software Development Engineer In Test

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Month Contract To Hire - Need USC

Pay Rate: $55HR on C2C

Interview Type: Process: Two rounds both next week

Sponsorship: No (Must be able to convert without sponsorship)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

โ€ข Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

โ€ข Collaborate with software developers to identify test requirements and design test strategies.

โ€ข Build and enhance test frameworks and tools to improve automation coverage and efficiency.

โ€ข Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and early defect detection.

โ€ข Execute and analyze automated test results, track defects, and report quality metrics.

โ€ข Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.

โ€ข Provide guidance on best practices for testing and automation.

โ€ข Continuously improve the QA process through innovation and adoption of new tools/techniques.

Required Skills:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

โ€ข Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).

โ€ข Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Junit, NUnit).
