NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Sr. SDET Engineer
Details:
Sr. SDET 4 (ID: 464)
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Must-Haves
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and testing applications running on cloud technologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cloud components and architecture (preferably AWS and core services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, etc)
  • 5+ years of experience developing UI and API test automation tests and frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience in prior QA Lead roles managing people and leading teams
  • 3+ years of experience creating test strategies that include functional test automation and performance/load testing
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles with hands-on testing responsibilities
  • 7+ years of experience with one of Java, JavaScript, or python
  • 3+ years of experience using modern test frameworks (Cypress, Playwright)
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience developing and executing load and performance testing

Required Skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders including team members, team leads, and senior leadership
  • Prior experience estimating and prioritizing work
  • Ability to make decisions with partial or limited data
  • Ability to assess, communicate, mitigate and escalate
