Role Descriptions: SDET with 4+yrs of development. This individual will be responsible for developing new tools| integrating existing tools| developing APIs| developing AI/ML models| as well as researching and training other on latest technical trends. Theyll need strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 1.Strong proficiency in Java Development with 4+yrs experience.2.Experience designing and implementing robust APIs and services.3.Solid understanding of software testing principles and experience building automated test frameworks.4.Experience with service virtualization techniques for stubbing APIs.5.Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker| OpenShift| and Kubernetes.6.Good Data Management experience with tools like Elasticsearch w/Kabana7.Experience in developing JUnit tests.8.Actively participate in code reviews| providing constructive feedback and collaborating with team members to improve code quality and maintainability.9.Ability to develop Selenium and/or Appium test scripts.10.Contribute to the development of AI/ML capabilities| enhancing the intelligence and efficiency to understand our data.11.Good understanding of software testing principles and experience designing frameworks12.Strong SQL knowledge for writing queries and understanding datasets.

1. Mainframe testing experience with good hands on (8+ years)
2. Automation testing experience with hands on experience (4+ years)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (QE) with strong expertise in mainframe
applications, solid testing knowledge, and proven experience in banking domain projects.
The candidate should also have good coordination skills and be comfortable working in a
client-facing onshore role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across teams
• Perform end-to-end testing of mainframe applications
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test strategies
• Validate business requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams
Required Skills:
• Strong experience as a Senior QE / Test Engineer
• Excellent testing knowledge (Functional, Integration, Regression testing)
• Hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)
• Strong understanding of banking domain processes
• Experience in test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM)
• Good coordination and communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)
Nice to Have:
• Automation experience (Selenium Java / Playwright TypeScript)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge of API testing, Project Code :
