Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (QE) with strong expertise in mainframe
applications, solid testing knowledge, and proven experience in banking domain projects.
The candidate should also have good coordination skills and be comfortable working in a
client-facing onshore role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across teams
• Perform end-to-end testing of mainframe applications
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test strategies
• Validate business requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams
Required Skills:
• Strong experience as a Senior QE / Test Engineer
• Excellent testing knowledge (Functional, Integration, Regression testing)
• Hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)
• Strong understanding of banking domain processes
• Experience in test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM)
• Good coordination and communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)
Nice to Have:
