• SNOW SDET - SDET position with Development based Testing experience in SNOW Telecom modules such as TSM and TSOM.
• Strong Network engg exp in Field Operations with workflow experience in ITSM modules of ServiceNow.
• Developing automation for ServiceNow Flows for regression suite
• Expertise in Telecom Surveillance and Alarm Testing? Expertise in Telecom Ticket dispatching and Monitoring
• Understanding on Outage Issue tracking (Ticket ) and maintenance knowledge
• Maintaining, testing and implementing disaster recovery procedures.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Strong analytical skill to analyze data
