Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to join our team and support our AI Ops initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-driven solutions through comprehensive testing strategies, automation, and continuous improvement processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for AI applications and systems to ensure high-quality deliverables.
2. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and define testing criteria.
3. Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and regression testing of AI models and applications.
4. Conduct thorough manual testing when necessary, including exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues.
5. Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and insights to stakeholders regarding quality metrics and areas for improvement.
6. Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices for testing and quality assurance.
