Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET), including 5+ years in senior leadership roles with responsibility for enterprise-scale transformation.

  • A proven record of building and leading modern Quality Engineering organizations that enhance delivery speed, quality, resilience, and business performance.

  • Strongexecutive presencewith the credibility and influence to engage senior leaders, align diverse stakeholders, and lead through complexity and change.

  • Demonstratedstrategic leadershipandthought leadershipacross automation, performance, security, AI/ML, usability, and accessibility.

  • A track recordof translating bold vision into execution through roadmaps, operating models, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Exceptional written and verbalcommunicationskills, with the ability to shape narratives and influence executive, business, and technical audiences.

  • Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks, cloud platforms, observability tools, and secure engineering practices.

  • A strong technical foundation in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and related tooling.

  • Experience building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and shaping organizational capability at scale.

  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and risk management practices in complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications
