Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - Contract - Hybrid (Santa Clara, CA)

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) you will be involved in all aspects of quality assurance activities for an enterprising scrum team. You will be a key contributor to planning next-generation platforms and will be responsible for delivering secure high-performance services.
Key Skills/Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in software development, testing, or quality assurance roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field of study, OR equivalent work or educational experience required.
  • Experience working with development and QA as an SDET or automation engineer.
  • Experience building automation tests with Selenium and Rest API.
  • Experience writing automated tests in Continuous Integration (CI) systems.
  • Understanding of data structure and ability to construct SQL statements.
  • Experience with Java Development.

Other Qualifications:
  • Experience building comprehensive Test Strategies and working independently on complex projects
  • Demonstrable experience in programmatically testing software products and automating those tests.
  • Skilled in building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional and regression testing
  • Experience with AWS cloud security
