POSITION OVERVIEW
Heartline Staffing is seeking a Civil Engineer for Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC to support the design and development of civil engineering projects from its Monticello, New York office.
This full-time opportunity is ideal for a civil engineering professional with at least five years of experience who is ready to create engineering plans, perform technical calculations, coordinate with project teams, and contribute to infrastructure and construction projects throughout the community. A Professional Engineer license is not required.
The Civil Engineer will work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into accurate, practical, and code-compliant design documents. This position requires strong CAD skills, technical judgment, organization, and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Create civil engineering drawings and project plans using computer-aided design software.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project objectives, scope, and technical requirements.
• Conduct site visits and collect information needed for design development.
• Perform engineering calculations and technical analysis.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable regulations, standards, and project requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications, engineering reports, and construction cost estimates.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and project discussions.
• Provide technical input and support throughout the design and construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and organized design records.
