The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Archer Developer with strong hands-on expertise across the RSA Archer platform. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Archer configurations, customizations, integrations, and Next Gen UI capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality GRC solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer GRC platform, including application design, configuration, and customization
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for Archer custom objects, including: Custom logic, validations, and dynamic UI behavior, and JavaScript-based data feeds and integrations
  • Experience with Archer Data Feed Manager, including implementation and support of inbound and outbound integrations
  • Work extensively with Archer Next Generation UI, leveraging its features for improved usability and performance.
    Solid experience in writing and maintaining custom XSLT transformations for XML/JSON data processing
    Expertise in integrating Archer with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, and Archer APIs
    Support upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives.
    Troubleshoot and resolve Archer-related issues across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
    Collaborate with risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    Ensure solutions follow Archer best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.
    Provide documentation, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer to support teams
    Hands-on experience with Python (or similar programming languages) for Data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL), and Automation and system integration
    Experience working with data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV
    Strong understanding of end-to-end integration workflows and ETL processes
    Solid knowledge of SQL and database concepts
    Good understanding of GRC processes and Archer data model

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:
  • Strong understanding of RSA Archer architecture and data model.
  • Proven experience with Archer configurations, Custom Object development, Archer REST APIs and integrations
  • Solid hands-on exposure to Archer Next Gen UI and its features.
  • Experience supporting multiple Archer use cases (e.g., RCSA, Issues Management, Risk Register, Compliance, Audit, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Experience integrating Archer with platforms such as Snowflake, ServiceNow, or enterprise data platforms.
    Experience with JavaScript Transporter / advanced data feed scripting
    Experience in workflow automation and API-based orchestration
    Knowledge of GRC processes and regulatory frameworks.
    Experience with Archer upgrades, data migrations, and environment management.
    Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments.
