Dev10 is seeking an Associate Software Developer for a paid training and development program based in Boston, MA. This program provides a pathway for individuals with a foundational technical aptitude to launch a career in Software Development, offering immersive training followed by two years of client project experience as a Dev10 consultant.
Responsibilities:
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Programming experience (minimum 6 months), shown on your resume, from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin
• A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation
• Passion for learning and interest in Software Development
• Strong logic and reasoning skills
• Clear communication and collaboration abilities
• Team-oriented mindset
