As a Senior Sales Business Consultant, you'll work alongside our sales team managing complex demonstration to current and prospective clients highlighting the products' value. You will lead discovery calls, interpret requirements and deliver configured demonstrations based on each client's needs. In addition, you'll contribute to RFI's and RFP responses.

You will also respond to customer, prospect, and partner product inquiries. Additionally, you'll train our partners on how to demonstrate our suite of products to their clients.

What you can expect on a typical day
Building Relationships: Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations to senior leadership, including C-level, business audiences in a team selling environment. Command a strong understanding of HR, HR technology, HCM, Workforce Management, Employee Experience, SaaS, Cloud and Modern WFM solutions and advise on products.


Partner Internally: Along with partnering with our Field Sales Managers and clients and prospects, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers to continuously improve our suite of products. You will also participate in the maintenance and enrichment of the Global Solution Demonstration set.


Communicator: You will be an excellent communicator including public speaking and workshop facilitation with clients in meetings and events. while being able to summarize and document findings. Board room presence and ability to think on your feet is critical.


Multi-Task: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you'll need to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting complex customer-facing presentations.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HCM SaaS space or relevant industry experience with enterprise software.
You can speak, read, and present fluently in English, French, and Spanish.
You can travel up to 50% including the potential for international travel.
You have excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills to suggest best practices within the scope of our products' capabilities.
Associates that are located near an ADP or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.

A bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field is preferred but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
