Position Summary: The Site Enhancement Associate is responsible for supporting daily facility housekeeping and cleanliness standards across assigned areas. This role ensures that restrooms, cafeteria spaces, break rooms, loading docks, and other facility areas remain clean, orderly, and properly supplied. The position also supports recycling efforts, room setups, workstation cleanup, and other facility-related tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager. The position will be in Alpharetta, GA.

This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, technical competence, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a visible and productive presence within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility environment.
  • Keep restrooms, break rooms, cafeteria areas, loading docks, and other assigned spaces clean and orderly.
  • Restock essential supplies, including toilet paper, napkins, and break room items.
  • Empty trash receptacles throughout the day as needed and service smoker's butt cans.
  • Assist with window cleaning, workstation cleanup, room setups, and break room cleaning.
  • Support recycling efforts for paper and cardboard.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with daily tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Maintain a strong customer service-focused approach and build positive relationships with client contacts and site liaisons.
  • Ensure services are completed consistently, thoroughly, and on schedule.
  • Participate proactively in facility activities, including emergency response and ERT-related responsibilities.
  • Maintain regular communication with client site management to address service levels, concerns, and operational issues.
  • Complete assigned inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, and service requests accurately and on time in the CMMS.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant business or facility services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated technical competence and practical computer skills.
  • Experience supporting preventive maintenance programs preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to understand daily workload priorities and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.

Work Environment:
This position is based in a facility setting and requires regular movement throughout the site. The role involves hands-on housekeeping and support duties and may require responding to changing priorities throughout the day.


Schedule:
Full time; Day shift, Monday through Friday. Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.

Based on experience, plus benefits.
