Position Overview

Lambert Nemec Group has partnered with a respected and growing wealth management practice in Winnipeg to recruit an dynamic Client Services Associate who is passionate about financial services and eager to build a long-term career in the investment and insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional service while determining the appropriate next steps.
  • Respond to client requests, resolve inquiries, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Process new business applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Prepare client and prospect files in advance of meetings, ensuring all required information is organized and readily available.
  • Monitor outstanding action items and follow through until completion.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure databases and files remain current.
  • Track client milestones and important life events to support proactive relationship management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Advisor and contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba and requires full-time, in-office attendance.
  • Business Administration Diploma or other post-secondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MFDA/AMF or RR IIROC license and Insurance.
  • Previous experience processing new business, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build professional relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
