Job description

The Opportunity
• Rebuild analytics pipelines and integrate new data models into the data infrastructure
• Refactor existing workflows from LASR/MSS to Databricks and PySpark
• Develop familiarity with the ICAM data model and support data integration efforts
• Assess and identify gaps between existing datasets and new data structures from STEP and ICAM
• Support exploratory analytics use cases including analyzing consultant organization behavior and understanding Field Consultant preferences
• Explore opportunities to leverage tools like Claude for ad hoc data access based on progress of core data integration work

What You Need
• Strong data engineering expertise
• Experience with Databricks and PySpark
• Experience in refactoring workflows from LASR/MSS to modern platforms
• Strong data analysis skills to identify gaps between datasets and new data structures
• Familiarity with ICAM data model
• Experience working with complex data environments
• Prior experience within the financial industry is helpful
• Power BI experience is a nice-to-have
