Job description

Salesforce Federal Sales Leader
The Opportunity:
Booz Allen is expanding our Salesforce business across the warfighter mission space. We are seeking a proven federal growth leader who can identify customer problems that are a strong fit for Salesforce, create funded opportunities, and convert Salesforce platform demand into Booz Allen implementation, integration, and adoption revenue.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who knows how to create opportunities rather than wait for formal procurements. You will work directly with Department of War customers, Booz Allen account and delivery leaders, and Salesforce federal sales teams to move opportunities from customer discovery to funded and executable engagements as an integrated team.
You will combine Booz Allen's customer access, cleared delivery workforce, mission expertise, and Salesforce engineering capabilities to create a differentiated federal Salesforce business. This role offers the opportunity to shape Booz Allen's Salesforce growth strategy, establish repeatable sales plays, and build a portfolio of mission-oriented Salesforce services across a defined set of accounts. You will work alongside internal Salesforce pre-sales engineers and with leaders in our markets to orchestrate customer engagement, demonstrations, and sales activities.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce products, the Salesforce ecosystem, or federal cloud-platform sales motions
  • Experience originating, shaping, and closing federal technology or professional-services opportunities
  • Experience selling into the Department of War and creating pipeline through proactive prospecting, account penetration, customer relationship development, and partner-supported sales activities, including maintaining accurate opportunity records, forecasts, account plans, and executive pipeline reporting
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and influence teams without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving opportunities while maintaining attention to detail and clear accountability for documented next actions, owners, and dates
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience developing repeatable sales plays, demonstrations, accelerators, assessments, or entry-point offerings that lead to larger transformation programs
  • Experience with Salesforce federal, defense, national security, or intelligence account teams
  • Experience with Department of War technology, acquisition, or contracting stakeholders
  • Possession of strong selling, facilitation, negotiation, decision-making, and executive communication skills
  • Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in Business, Technology, Public Policy, National Security, or a related field
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Associate, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional, or Artificial Intelligence Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
