  • Develop and maintain business documentation, including requirements, process maps, release notes, SOPs, and operational playbooks.
  • Monitor platform adoption and user feedback, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and improve productivity.
  • Partner with Sales Training and business leaders to ensure new functionality is supported with effective training and documentation.
  • Champion data governance by improving data quality standards, business processes, and operational consistency across Marketplace organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and scalable Salesforce capabilities.
  • Represent Marketplace business stakeholders in strategic Salesforce initiatives supporting global expansion and platform evolution.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a Business Operations, CRM Strategy, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Administration capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and CRM best practices.
  • Experience translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills with experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
