The Impact You Will Have
This position plays a critical role in the client and account operations team within commercial markets. The role is responsible for managing client and account operational tasks for their clients, which could include commercial client and account renewal and maintenance, onboarding, benefit management or document generation. This involves close collaboration and communication with internal teams (such as new sales, account management, operations, etc.) and external key stakeholders (such as clients, brokers, and consultants).
Additionally, this role serves as a strong advocate, both internally and externally, for the accounts they manage. This position drives administrative and operational excellence and contributes to the success of commercial markets and managing complex client operational tasks and processes.
Your Responsibilities
  • Represent client and account operations in key workgroups, special projects, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Leads thorough documentation and data collection of all business/client account requirements for new, expanding, and renewing business to ensure accuracy and adherence to business, client and/or member deadlines and performance guarantees.
  • Research and interpret existing products and for automation opportunities and/or optimize processes and platform capabilities for product offerings for all market segments and workstreams.
  • Create new and enhance existing models, tools and forms which could include code changes required for client and account management operations workflows.
  • Integrate new software, tools or vendor platforms into current processes or tools including required testing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Validate complex data, extracting critical insights from various systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with established business standards. Act as the main point of escalation for complex client data issues, system requests in addition to researching inquiries, monitoring progress, escalating issues appropriately, and communicating the status to stakeholders.
  • Create test plans and test cases for business rules and code validation.
  • Collaborates with account team members and operations business units to effectively manage the relationships and business expectations of internal and external stakeholders for all commercial market segments.
  • Key expert resource leveraged in the implementation, renewal, and document management planning process by providing benefit recommendations, understanding account expectations and customizations to find optimal business solutions.
  • Manages multiple complex with varying complexity in all market segments including new, emerging initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the enterprise in the identification of requirements and/or processes to improve the client experience, and partners with internal teams to solve for.
  • Manages drafting and validation of client and account documents for all with varying complexity for all market segments. This includes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Must have a technical understanding of benefit guidelines and methodology.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate analytical information to both individuals and clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and balance many responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive initiatives and collaborate to achieve results.
  • Proven ability be self-directed and work independently with multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiative or project.
  • Experience in providing work direction and/or leading others.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment, assist co-workers, and achieve team goals.
  • Strong project management discipline to track timelines and deliverables.
  • Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices and c-sharp/plus coding
  • High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits
$90,800.00 - $120,300.00 - $149,800.00 Annual
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
