Summary 

Drive supplier performance excellence and strengthen enterprise risk management through data-driven insights and proactive analysis. As a Supplier Risk and Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring supplier performance, identifying emerging risks, and delivering actionable reporting that supports informed business decisions. You will partner closely with Procurement, business stakeholders, and supplier management teams to enhance visibility, improve supplier outcomes, and support risk mitigation strategies across the organization. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). 

In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.  

 

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Collect, validate, and maintain supplier performance data and scorecards. 

  • Analyze KPI trends and identify emerging performance issues. 

  • Support preparation of supplier reviews and governance materials. 

  • Track supplier risk indicators, including single-source exposure, continuity, and operational signals using internal and external sources. 

  • Maintain supplier risk registers and escalation thresholds. 

  • Surface early warning insights to Supplier Relationship Management and category leadership. 

  • Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards for supplier risk and performance. 

  • Ensure consistency in definitions, metrics, and reporting cadence. 

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. 

  • Support documentation and tracking of supplier mitigation plans. 

  • Monitor progress against corrective actions and closure commitments. 

  • Escalate risks when mitigation progress stalls or deteriorates. 

  • Identify opportunities to automate or improve supplier performance and risk tracking. 

  • Support standardization of templates and reporting artifacts. 

  • Improve data quality and reliability across supplier datasets. 

  • Partner with the Procurement System & Data Analyst on analytics improvements. 

Minimum Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement analytics, supplier performance, risk management, or related roles. 

  • Experience with KPI score carding, reporting, and working with supplier and contract data. 

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors 

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. 

  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. 

  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment. 

  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
