Job Description
Bosch is seeking a detail-oriented logistics and operations professional to join our team as a Warehouse Clerk. This role is critical for supporting safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. Working closely with area leaders, the Warehouse Clerk will provide continuous adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards, playing a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of our operations. The Warehouse Clerk ensures accurate documentation, regulatory compliance for dangerous goods and battery shipments, timely coordination of inbound and outbound activities, and effective communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for entering shipment information accurately into customer portals (websites) and supports inventory accuracy, reporting, dispatch operations, and returns processing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities by working with carriers, planners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
  • Verify Receiving/Shipping documentation and postings in business systems, investigate discrepancies such as missing purchase orders, invoices, or paperwork, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor dispatch activity in real time, confirm carrier drop/pickup schedules, maintain driver logs, and track open deliveries and shipment status.
  • Process customer and carrier returns, debit/credit memos, and damaged goods documentation while ensuring proper communication and recordkeeping.
  • Ensure safe and legally compliant handling, separation, palletizing, labeling, and documentation of dangerous goods and lithium-ion battery shipments.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of quality alerts, workplace instructions, and assist with supplier/customer quality investigations.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics and reports related to shipping, receiving, returns, production, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by following company policies, inspecting equipment, maintaining housekeeping standards, participating in training, and performing other duties as required.

Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED
  • Technical/Vocational education PREFERRED

  • Proactivity with a focus on results (KPIs)
  • Organized and able to adhere to 5S principles
  • Basic math, reading, writing, and measuring equipment skills

Working Conditions

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is hourly $22.78 - $27.12. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
