Restaurant Manager
$50,000- $60,000 + bi-annual bonus
Medical Dental and 401K
PTO 2 weeks a year, 3 weeks after 3 years

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for restaurant operations 
  • Sources and recruits talent
  • Plans and leads shift meetings for the team; builds camaraderie and team spirit.
  • Maintains high cleanliness standards and holds team members accountable for adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Creates weekly schedules
  • Conducts regular line checks to ensure order accuracy, recipe adherence, and timely response

Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:
  • Must have high volume experience of $2.5-$3 million or more
  • Strong leadership qualities - the ability to direct and "grow a team."
  • Scratch kitchen experience - full-service experience is a huge plus!
