About the Role:
Are you detail-oriented and skilled at gathering property-level information through various channels? Yardi is seeking an Associate Researcher to focus on obtaining crucial real estate data to support our clients. In this role, you will primarily gather property-specific information using resources like phone interviews, email, and web searches, ensuring accurate data collection while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. This is not a research project-focused role but a hands-on data collection position.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist in researching market and property data relevant to Yardi's clients through phone interviews, email outreach, and internet searches.
  • Gather, organize, and compile real estate information, updating internal data entry systems and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Perform external phone interviews and conduct online research to obtain timely and reliable market insights.
  • Provide general research support and assistance to the team as needed, maintaining professionalism and strong customer service throughout all interactions.

Who You Are:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • One, plus (1+) years of relevant work experience
  • High volume outbound calling experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Internet navigation skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong data entry and typing skills; 40 WPM, or greater
  • Ability to follow direction, instructions and receive constructive feedback
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work at a tactical level

Ideal to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in the Real Estate field, i.e. property management, financial services, real estate appraisal, sales and construction
  • Call surveys or other call center experience preferred
